PTSD AND HOW TO TREAT OTHER PEOPLE

What sort of person would pick on someone with PTSD or other disabilitys because we should teach our children not to and that includes hate speech and actions which most cultures are supposed to teach their children to Have respect for people and that includes hash words. Plus I don't believe that it is my place to judge someone else even though they might have done something or been a bad person as if I don't know them then what's it got to do with me it's none of my business. Most cultures teach that including people in clubs . WE MUST BE THERE FOR THEM AND SUPPORT THEM TO BE BETTER PEOPLE . AS I ALWAYS SAY LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND THINK ABOUT HOW YOU TREAT OTHERS IS THAT HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. ALL ABUSE IS WRONG AND BAD BUT WE DON'T GO AROUND DOING ABUSE HATRED AND ANGER AND WISHING OR CURSING PEOPLE IS WHAT !, NOTHING BUT ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR !!!.

CONSIDERING PEOPLE

Maybe if people weren't dick heads and understood instead of judging and thinking it doesn't happen to them because they think they have the perfect family, life will just be that bit easier for people that experience this 😃👍 This rings very close to home for me. Not only myself but for family and friends. The days of it being shut away and talked about or criticised should be over. Yes there are some that milk the system and others that don't know or understand how much help is available. Then you get the ones that want nothing more than to be "rid" of the shadow. In the most difficult moments of life you realize who are true friends or the people who really appreciate you 😊 Unfortunately, most friends will send you a "like", but in reality they do not take time to read your status if they see it's lengthy. WHAT I BELIEVE

I forgive myself and respect myself for changing my life around. I will endeavour to achieve balance in myself, to be a better person and focus on my family and gaining control over my mind. What is past is gone and I do not need to beat or hurt myself to become a better person. I also believe that God gave me gifts and my family members to help others to care about themselves. So I will get traditional medicine done as is my family's tradition because I want and have always wanted to learn about this. And to stand up for my family's rights, even though I may not be a Maori !. Because I have lived around many people of different nationalities and cultures. And most of my girlfriends have been from different nationalities and cultures . Why because they are unique in themselves. I still stand by my beliefs because that is not false and misleading. I still believe that I and others should not judge anyone including ourselves
